Approve First Amendment with Ascent Environmental, Inc. for Preparation of Subsequent Environmental Impact Report for Temecula Valley Hospital Master Plan Update (PA22-0105) Recommendation: That the City Council approve a first amendment with Ascent Environmental, Inc. for the preparation of a Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Temecula Valley Hospital Master Plan Update (PA22-0105), in the amount of $20,500 for a total agreement amount of $358,346. Lin International for the I-15/French Valley Parkway Improvements - Phase III, PW19-03 Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve an agreement for consultant services with T.Y. Lin International, in the amount of $4,338,877, for the preparation and development of the plans, specifications, and estimate for the I-15/French Valley Parkway Improvements - Phase III, PW19-03; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve extra work authorizations not to exceed the contingency amount of $433,888, which is equal to 10% of the agreement amount.
